  Great experience, both offline and online! I highly recommend it.
  I initially visited the Munich-Sendling branch where the staff were friendly and able to help me (in English too) choosing the correct bike for me.
  Eventually I placed the order online. There was a small delay in delivering it and I had to call. But after that, the order was immediately processed without any other problems.
  The bike was received well packed and calibrated. I only had to put on the front wheel, sattle, steering tube and pedals (the "price" to pay when buying bikes online). It was a medium-level task, for someone who has never done it in the past, explained in detail on the website's youtube videos.

  First time I ordered bike On-Line. Great customer experience, clear web page, responsive customer service team (via Facebook). Great price and free shipping. Bike is packed professionally but again easy to assemble. Thank you Rabe Bike team. Will come back to you again.

  Great customer service. I was not sure exactly what bike I wanted. However, the salesman was able to assist me; listening to everything I wanted the bike to be able to handle. Had to wait for the bike to be built and accessories to be put on. When I went back in Michael helped out and was also fantastic in assisting us through everything. Would recommend this bike shop to anyone looking for excellent service and a quality bike to meet your specific needs and price range.

  Rabe Bike shop provides excellent customer service! The staff took time to find the right bike for you as well as make sure it fits you prior to leaving the shop. Installation of any accessories you purchase with your bike are also assembled prior to riding of into the sunset. Thank You to the entire staff!

  Bought a Cube Mountain Bike today at this store, and am very satisfied. The store has a great range of bikes, and they even assembled one when the color I wanted wasn't on display. I was allowed to test as many bikes as I wished before deciding which to buy. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend giving this store a shot at your business!

  Nach verschiedenen Verkaufsgesprächen in anderen Bike-Läden fühlte ich mich bei Rabe-Bike gleich von Beginn an wohl. Die Beratung durch Herrn Horn war kompetent, sehr nett, auch mal lustig und vor allem sehr hilfreich. Nachdem ich (trotz Regen) mehrere Bikes ausprobieren durfte, verließ ich den Laden mit dem Gefühl, genau das Richtige gekauft zu haben Und nicht zu vergessen, ist Rabe Bike preislich wirklich unschlagbar. Daher.. Daumen hoch! 5 Sterne

  Nach langer Suche beim Fahrradkauf wurde ich über die Internetseite von Rabe Bike fündig. Ich lies mir zwei Fahrräder reservieren die ich dann bei der Besichtigung probefahren konnte.
  
  Preis/Leistung war sehr gut.
  
  Eine kleine Kritik habe ich: beim nachträglichen einstellen des Vorbaus usw. wurde auf einen Drehmoment verzichtet. Der Reifenluftdruck in den Reifen waren an der untersten Grenze, stellte ich fest, als ich nach dem Kauf, mit meinem Fahrrad zuhause war.
  
  Habe Rabe Bike schon mehrmals weiterempfohlen. Weiter so

  Bin sehr zufrieden und kann Rabe Bike nur weiter empfehlen! Große Auswahl an Fahrrädern und guter Service. Die Beratung war freundlich, kompetent und unaufdringlich! Es wurde nicht versucht mir ein möglichst teures Fahrrad einzureden sondern es wurde komplett auf meine Wünsche und Anforderungen eingegangen! Danke!
