Emily Zhang as a course leader is a real asset. She always takes the time to answer questions in detail and with concrete examples and manages to make the 1-day course entertaining, exciting and informative. And she doesn't miss out on having fun either - thank you so much, Emily!

Daniele was a great course leader, we had a lot of fun and the entire course was conveyed to us in an instructive, patient and understandable way. I can recommend it with a clear conscience!

Many thanks! If you are looking for a first aid course, I recommend Primero! No matter what nationality you are, No matter your age, you are not treated with indifference or contempt. The explanations are very clear, and to the point. Warm thanks to the course supervisor, and only good!

I participated in the class from 10 in the morning to 5:30 in the afternoon. I thought it would be difficult, but after experiencing it, I felt very involved and the teacher was also very funny. Not bad~
