  I attended Sean's course on Saturday and was really pleasantly surprised. Despite the large amount of new material, the lessons were very relaxed and pleasant, and there was no lack of motivation and a lot of humor. It was a bit of a pity that we were not able to carry out practical exercises such as the stable lateral position on course participants due to the corona, but we still made the best of it by being able to practice it on ourselves after extensive demonstration and explanation.
  All in all, I can only recommend it, it's a lot of fun!
