Hier wird man kompetent beraten und erhält einen absolut professionellen Service und eine super Qualität. Habe im schwarzen Lack meines Wagens eine Delle, die auch noch genau auf einer Zierkante lag und mehrere kleine Kratzer im Smart-Repair-Verfahren beheben lassen. Das Ergebnis ist sensationell gut und ich musste mein Auto gerade mal 1,5 Stunden dalassen. Tip-Top, was will man mehr? Ich kann die Firma Penninger uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

If you want delays, poor communication, being lied to and your intelligence insulted, then bring your car here. And we're only talking about ignition coils. Reckoned to fix them but it threw up another problem which I was told was not occurring. Then they tried to sell me another part to fix it. Also when asked why a delivery had taken so long, the owner said he wasn't a magician. These people have an answer for everything. I have given them every opportunity to redeem themselves. Don't be fooled by their crocodile smiles. Avoid, Avoid and Avoid!!!

This penninger is absolutely NOT for foreigners!! Please stay away from them.
Even though they don't have appointment on Monday they gave me an appointment and say some stories that the car has multiple failures and the main failure has to be identified. Then after 2 days they called me and say we checked this and that for 5 hours and finally they changed the spark plugs. They charged me €600.
Out of this i paid mostly for the labour charge.
They charged so much for identifying the problem. So incompetent they are!
With the Bosch tag they are looting the money.
I clearly informed them to call me before investigating on something. But they did'nt and charged for their time. I was shocked to see the bill.They make more money from foreigners. Never ever Penninger.response / report this review -

I had my WORST WORST WORST experience in Germany and had stressful days after leaving my BMW for service. Highly disgusting garage for me. I will not recommend and I will never ever go again.
Knowing that its expensive car service , i decided to go ahead with them believing that Bosch service is good for the car and they will treat the customer respectfully.
The problem started here when they informed me that my shock absorber was leaking and need to be changed. I said ok. When they try to change the shock absorber, the technician cut the tie rod arm with out getting acceptance from me. Later they informed me that the tie rod was broken while changing shock absorber.
When I visited them, I saw the tie rod and shocked to see the technician cut the parts with out acceptance from customer and charged us to pay.
When I asked them why you did not ask me before cutting the tie rod. They changed the story that they asked But in reality they didn't
Also they verbally use unprofessional words over phone. Totally customer unfriendly service..I don't believe they can treat a customer like this and change the story to keep them safe.
They speak good English but unfortunately it was used to knock down the customer instead of support to the customer.
At last i paid for their mistakes and paid huge money for having stressful service.response / report this review -

Penninger! Der Name ist Programm!
Als ich zum ersten Mal zu Penninger kam, dachte ich sofort an die gute alte Zeit. NEIN nicht altmodische Werkstatt. NEIN. Aber
1. Der freundliche Empfang. Man kommt rein und wird sofort mit Handschlag begrüßt, man kann hinsetzen, bekommt was zum trinken. Freundliche Unterhaltung. Wir sind inzwischen seit einigen Jahren Kunden. Inzwischen gehört man schon zur "Penninger Familie. " Man kennt Papa inzwischen Opa Penninger. Seniorchefin "Oma" Penninger. Juniorchef Papa Penninger. Aufhören Schwärmerei.
Nun zur Werkstatt: Alles da was man braucht. Man kommt und hat ein kleines/großes Wehweh, das Auto wird gleich mal angesehen, das und das ist kaputt. Kann man reparieren, gleich sofort, später. Kostet ungefähr. Kurz und gut, prima Service. Kostengünstige/r Reparatur, Kundendienst, TÜV.

I have been taking my vehicles to Penninger Auto for the last 15 years. He has never disappointed me. His people are master mechanics who know exactly what they are doing. His services are timely and excellent and his prices are fair. I will never seek auto service from anyone else.
