Super fint lille hotel. God morgenmad, lille fint fitness rum. Internet og parkering i gård. Gå afstand til bymidten.

I had reserved a room in your hotel for 20-22 march. Due the strike of Lufthansa my flight has been cancelled, instead of Frankfurt I took a flight to Dusseldorf (with a big delay) and then had long trip on the train whith 2 changed. I had not possibility to write in hotel, but I arrived at 3 o clock at the night tired to death. But door was closed, the ringbell not worked. 3 o'clock at the night (very cold night!), my phone was discharged (because I have wait so long time in airport my flight). Thanks to gas station near the hotel, they was very kind to call me taxi and thanks to Best Western that didn't let me freeze on the street. And you today took my money for the room. You are most unprofessional hotel in the world. Shame on you.
