All perfect little prices but good

Products were packed promptly as ordered and got email within 2 hours to say ready for collection which is where the good service ended. After travelling 32km to Schwelm as our local Obi in Velbert never had the wood we needed the gentleman who cut my wood was very curt and unfriendly and made us feel like he was doing us a favour doing his job!! He certainly could do with a public relations course. He was very curt as German is not my mother tongue and knowing that I needed two identical lengths of wood insisted it could not be done because of the blade width which is nonsense because if you divide the width of the cut of the blade (3mm) by 2 and adjust the length needed accordingly by 1.5mm you would end up with 2 identical length pieces. I ended up with 2 unequal lengths (1.5cm difference!!!) so had to re-cut the longer piece to suit and adjust my project specs accordingly which is annoying as I now have to modify doors and shelves to fit. Certainly won't use that Obi again.

One of the best shops I've ever tried here you get a great service with friendly helpful staff and renting machines easily with best pieces of advice for reasonable prices
