  Super happy with NotebookService030!!
  The stuff was very friendly, super fast in both diagnosing/detecting the problem and solving it. I had my laptop ready to go in a day. Speaking both German and English :) great plus.
  Super Kind, Professional & Good Service, I would recommend them for sure!

  Well Very sad to share this super negative opinion but i left there my surface pro as there were some issues with the battery. When i got it back i noticed that the screen is slightly broken. I mentioned it there and they suggested me that they can change the screen, i just need to pay for the material which would had been around 200 €.
  I was always very careful with my laptop and i am 1000% sure that the screen was not broken but i can not prove it as i did no pictures before the handover.
  I was feeling super bad because it was an investment for me from my savings at the time when i bought this device. I was searching at home for pics on my phone where is visible the screen but could find only older pics, from 2-3 month before (and it was of course not broken). They even didn't answer to my email which i was writing to them the next day. In the email i was very polite and was just asking then to check internally if there were any work phases where the screen could had been damaged.
  Later i also noticed that there are some more scratches on the screen.
  Lessons learned: don't be too much attached to devices and make pics in advance and be super careful during the handover.
  The green screen picture was done the last time when i was using the laptop and there it is not broken.

  Excellent service!! The staff is very friendly and professional, and they also speak English, which was very important for me. The communication was smooth, quick and clear replies via email, and clear explanations when I meet them face to face. They looked for creative solutions to meet my needs, and I was very satisfied with their work. I fullheartedly recommend this place! Thank you!

  I needed to repair my laptop and the technicians diagnosed the problem very quickly and correctly. They were very professional and friendly and I was able to receive my laptop the day after fully functioning!! I am very happy from the service I recieved and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a laptop repair shop!

  Funny guys! Nice to get service with a smile in Berlin so that’s reason enough for me to want to come back again. But also the repair seemed to be really good quality and at a reasonable rate. Thanks dudes 👌👌
