  Staff is very friendly and so much helpful, you find what you need and you have options for either getting the coffee by the machines or asking one of the staff to help.

  Very friendly staff, very nice layout 2 levels shop. All nespresso devices, spare parts, coffee flavors are there. Upon purchasing from the shop, you can go to the upper floor, having a complementary espresso drink with the flavor you like, served by a very friendly shop staff. To my knowledge, this is 1 of 3 nespresso shops available all over Germany.
