I was satisfied staying in your hotel. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, breakfast is great. 2 suggestions: 1. Inform your guests about directions to Boarding house and to dinig room, especialy those who are staying first time in your hotel. 2. There wasn't hot water in the morning and no warning about that.

Excellent service. Spacious room, great for a family of four like ours. Top location, quiet, but very close to restaurants, shops, and very well connected with S/U stations a few steps away.

Disgusting room, smelt of sewage. The receptionist treated me like an idiot and thought it was funny. We walked out without staying the night. Disgusting treatment.

Excellent choice for business or pleasure. Superb location, service and 5star breakfast. Has a good fitness center at the rooftop. As any other NH Hotel, incredible bed, shower head and work espresso facilities in room

Very clean, spacious rooms. Perfect for the two nights I stayed here for work. The hotel staff are friendly, and the breakfast (while a bit expensive) is very good.

A new and modern hotel west of Berlin. We had two nights at the hotel. The bed was a little bit hard to sleep on, however this is a personal opinion. The room was nice and a perfect size. The free wire less internett connection was not good. It was a very slow speed. No possibilities to stream neither music or movies. You can always pay an additional fee and have a faster connection. So if you want Internet you should definitely consider the alternatives.

Arrived yesterday very friendly and welcoming staff. Room spotless and very comfortable. Only thing I would say . not enough tea and coffee on complimentary tray. Otherwise lovely room. Looking forward to a pleasant stay.
