  Man würde es nicht vermuten, aber Kirstein ist einer der größeren Online-Versender im deutschen Musikalienhandel. Preislich findet man immer wieder Schnäppchen.
  Das Personal im Laden ist freundlich und kompetent. Onlinepreise und Preise im Laden sind manchmal unterschiedlich. Wenn man aber fragt, ob man den Onlinepreise bekommt, kriegt man diesen normalerweise auch.

  Ein hervorragender Kundenservice und eine sehr kompetente Beratung. Auch wenn man mal etwas "spezielle" Produkte sucht, wird man beraten. Und wenn etwas doch mal nicht geht, wird das auch offen und ehrlich kommuniziert.

  Große Auswahl, faire Preise und eine Super-Beratung von echten Fachleuten. Kunden haben vor Ort die Möglichkeit, die Instrumente in Ruhe auszuprobieren. Absolut empfehlenswert!

  Don’t be fooled by this company, probably writing their own positive reviews and is a total scam!
  
  I bought a clavinova 665 GP piano in the color polished white at Kirstein Musikhaus for 4000 euros. Before buying, I called with their Dutch contact person with my questions about the delivery as I live in an apartment at a higher floor. The sales informer ensured me that the piano would be delivered by a specialized piano transporter, right into my apartment at the higher floor. To be sure, I again asked the question if she was sure that the piano would not be delivered by DHL, DPD or any other postage/freight delivery. Again I was reassured that this would not be the case and the specialized piano transporter would deliver into my home and make an appointment with me prior to this, perfectyou would think!!
  
  Unfortunately, this whole story appeared to be a total scam, as I received a message from DHL that my piano package was underway, wait whatDHL?! Meanwhile the piano in its huge box even also got lost via DHL. After a couple of days the piano was finally found and delivered, but no not at my apartment, just in front of the apartment building which was absolutely not possible for me, as the package weighs 150kgs in total and I was not able to get this even 1 meter from its place. Kirstein basically lied to me about the delivery system and even denied it afterwards. I paid people to bring the piano upstairs and thought that this nightmare would come to its end this way. Nothing was less true. As I unpacked the piano, to my awful surprise a black version instead of the ordered white one appeared right there out of the box……….. Couldn’t believe that they actually scammed me with the delivery and even send me a wrong color of a 150kgs weighing piano. After this, a long discussion started with Kirstein. As if it wasn’t a bad enough situation already, they were even not polite enough to pick up their wrong piano from my apartment, and tried to make me believe that there was no transporter that could pick this up at a higher floor.. After I spoke to my lawyer and found a great transporter for 450 euros to pick it up at their damage cost, they suddenly became to realize that they really didn’t have any other choice and suddenly Kirstein did find a transporter for pick up and recover their scam and ridiculous mistake.. After this I also had to wait for the return of my money, where they advertise on their website that the refund will be made in 14 days, this whole bad joke took 5 total weeks.. really unbelievable and the worst company I have ever bumped into… please be aware and make sure that everything that is promised to you is confirmed by writing/email, otherwise you will need a really good lawyer to save you from this mess!!

  Versand erfolgte richtig schnell! Montag bestellt, Dienstag da!
  Leider war eine kleine Macke am bestellten Artikel, die beim Versand entstand -> 11:10 Reklamiert und 11:26 eine zufriedenstellende Lösung angeboten bekommen!
  Wahnsinn 16 Minuten Bearbeitungszeit! Einfach nur Top! Ich bin überzeugt und sehr zufrieden! Danke an das Musikhaus Kirstein Team!

  Wenn man einen nicht gerade billigen Gitarrenverstärker als lieferbar anbietet, dann sollte dieser auch lieferbar sein!
  Telefonisch extra 3 mal gefragt und die Zusicherung bekommen dass dieser Amp zum Wochenende bei Euch im Hause ist. Dann höre ich heute am Telefon: Lieferzeit noch mindestens 2 Wochen!
  Aber erst mal bei Bestellung auf die Bezahlung drängen!!! Hauptsache der Kunde schiebt schon mal die Kohle rüber.
  Euch dürftet bekannt gewesen sein dass Marshall nicht vor den 16. März liefern kann! Aber so tun als könntet Ihr einen Verstärker "organisieren".
  Echt armselig sowas abzuziehen, wirklich!
  Und erspart mir hier irgendwelche Ausreden, das Ganze ist ärgerlich genug!

  Ich habe meinen Artikel online bestellt.
  Alle Fragen wurden schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Mit dem Service bin ich sehr zufrieden und kann dieses Geschäft nur weiterempfehlen. Der Versand lief problemlos und schnell ab.
