Appointment for repairing my bike, made the appointment a week before.
Came on the agreed day and first I was told that they don't do repairs on saturdays - it was the clerk who proposed Saturday
Didn't have the necessary spare part. I was told I need to leave my bike there for a couple of days.
Today (a week later) I leant that none of the agreed components was built-in, repair didn't take 2 days but a week and I was not noticed.
Service at its best - NOT.
I will never use this store again. Everything from beginning to the end was a absolute mess and disaster.

Super friendly staff. Most of them also speak english. Everyone in there seems super experienced with bikes and also has a lot of knowledge about bikes. Highly recommended!

Unfriendly, expensive and incompetent. I visited them only twice.

First time, as a student, I went there with an inexpensive MTB that needed changing of the front disk breaks. Their estimate for the work was 90 EUR !? They also told me that my bike was a "trash" and I should really "leave it to a junkie at the main train station" and buy a new one instead. I ended up going to another place where it cost me only 35 EUR.

The second time was a few years later when I needed to change a flat tire fast and since I was in the neighborhood, I went there even though my first experience with them wasn't exactly pleasant. Eventually I ended up paying twice, because they forgot to remove the piece of glass from the outer tire and it popped the newly replaced tube again as soon as i got my bike back. Even though it was their fault, they still made me pay for the second tube.

I definitely won't go there again.

I do recommend this bicycle shop.. They are very knowledgeable and friendly staff .. They let you test the bicycle around the shop and outside .. You never feel pressured into buying.. And the staff speak English as well..
