  Although I complained that the carpets were wet, the company did not respond.
  I tried to dry the wet carpets in my apartment for two weeks.
  The company is not at all accommodating and answers rude or not at all.

  I hope the worst washing company I have ever seen, its owner will see it and ask its employees about it. Unfortunately, it is a pity that Turkish companies are sloppy and unreliable.

  It was the worst company I've ever tried, our carpets were brought back without washing, but while we were waiting for an apology, we became liars and criminals. Communication and customer satisfaction 0 I will never choose this company again.

  Definitely not to be recommended!
  Very rude staff, my carpets came back dirty. Can't understand the positive reviews here.
