Very nice place to be in. Located in a prime area which has very good connectivity to Frankfurt City. Maintainance is good and breakfast has some good options.

Friendly staff, decent rooms, average breakfast, but horribly noisy AC. All in all OK.

This hotel is very nice. It was a little different from what I was used to being that I'm from the US but overall a wonderful hotel in a beautiful city

Aircon not working so had to leave window open as it was way too hot. 6am the construction plant directly outside springs to life. Heavy machinery clattering. It's a lose lose situation.

Terrible pillows, bad towels.

The food in the restaurant was great. The staff were all great, but I just cannot recommend it for a decent night sleep.

Great hotel, good location, a little far from airport but that may be a good thing. Room clean and comfortable, staff friendly and spoke good English. Food was very good especially with German beer. Breakfast was also good with a wide variety of choice. Would recommend and return if in area again
