Very stylish Hotel, friendly staff, great rooms. The only negative point is the bad parking situation.

The hotel is located quite close to city centre, just 11mins walk or one tram stop from the Hauptbahnhof. On arrival, the reception staff were welcoming and friendly. Rooms are on five floors and we were booked in to one of the three penthouse rooms. Designated a "superior" by Mercure, the room has large floor-to-ceiling windows and the light is accentuated further by the predominantly white decor. Two French windows in the bedroom and one in the bathroom give direct access to the roof terrace (shared with the other two penthouses). Room facilities were as described on the booking website. The bathroom was large but lacked shelving or towel rails. Standards for housekeeping were good. Overall, the feeling is more "boutique" than "chain".

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer war ok, nur die Geräuschkulisse des Verkehrs war sehr präsent. Die Mitarbeiter waren, bis auf eine Mitarbeiterin, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Zoo und Innenstadt sind fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Ich würde das Hotel empfehlen.

Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast with usual standards. I could here the noise from the road although the window was closed. Friendly staff.
