Generally great selection, but customer support can vary from absolute horrible to really great - depending on which salesperson you happen to come across. Often great offers, both in weekly flyers and online (website/social media, such as over-night offers etc.).

The first shop of this now everywhere present chain. Check there prices online - of they sell something cheaper at there website you can claim the lower price.

I was here for the 19% off event. The prices were ok I guess, but the workers are TERRIBLE! No one is friendly and can't give any opinion to any of the devices or electronics in the shop itself. If you ask a question to an employee they stare at you for a few seconds and look at you as if they're pissed off and have no idea what you asked them. The Cashier looked at me for a full minute when I wanted to buy something and almost refused to scan the item I was going to be paying for. What?! Afterwards she couldn't even get her damn scanner to work and sent me off to another person who was even more blank than the first. The other cashier freaking asked me why the hell I was buying from Mediamarkt. Double What?! Never buying from this store EVER again! Other Mediamarkts are fine but this one is the holy wrath of unfriendly customer service. Go to Saturn instead. Or ANY other electronics Store. I recommend NEVER to set foot in this store EVER!
