  Very friendly on the phone, pick up the same day.
  I also had a nice chat with the driver, so the separation is not that difficult.

  Was once one of the top addresses in Bonn for used spare parts. You go to the office well. politely wait until the office life form has finished their chat with the employees in order to be sent to the next hall. There you wait politely again, after a few minutes I hear: "Only Arabic here! Go to the office!", I think well, the man only speaks Arabic, but he continues to speak with his colleague in broken German. Do I have to learn Arabic now? Scrap yards have never been the playground of polite conversation, but Mauel car recycling seems to have developed into a research object for migration researchers.
  A few years ago you asked in the office, from there you were sent to the warehouse, with details and descriptions of the contact person there, who then handed over the parts. That was good and sensible, now it is more of a place to be avoided.
