Absolute disaster! Dirty houseboat with heavy mold growth.
Furthermore, the location is lied to. That is where the Marina Buchholz is located. It is very clean there and the most beautiful marina far and wide!

Super happy. Spent two weeks on a residential yacht holiday with my wife on our summer tour on a residential yacht fresh from the factory. Everything was brand new, top equipment. TV, stereo and technically up to date. A completely different feeling of luxury compared to other houseboats. It's a great tour around the Müritz and the Havel up and down. Simply fantastic route. There was even a SUP, so we could paddle in nature reserves. The owner is very nice and reliable, offered very good service with questions about the boat. Gladly again: price/performance top.

We spent a week houseboat vacation with the Smobilia 2 on the Mecklenburg Great Lake District and really enjoyed the time.
The houseboat is generously and comprehensively equipped and offers luxurious space. Everything works fine. The panoramic window in the "owner's cabin" and the full glazing of the lounge area allow spectacular views and make the stay enjoyable even when the weather is not ideal. The "roof terrace" is above the deck or flybridge level, even on larger yachts. A powerful 50hp motor, which runs almost inaudibly at half throttle, makes quiet touring a pleasure, bow and stern thrusters help with maneuvering in ports. However, this remains a challenge, especially when there is wind: It is advisable to ask about outside berths when registering by telephone in the ports. The Müritz and the adjacent lakes are an area that cannot be developed even in many weeks, which offers very quiet berths and spectacular nature observations, but also very nice harbors and places - it is a pleasure to explore these lakes and canals with the Smobilia 2!

A few words about our houseboat "Smobilia 1 Lydia". The houseboat exceeded our expectations in terms of equipment and furnishings. Everything with attention to detail. The big window in the bedroom is amazing. On board there was sufficient air conditioning, a dishwasher and a stove which could be operated with electricity or gas. In our opinion, what should be considered are the dimensions and weight of the boat, especially in tight maneuvers and in windy conditions.
We have found pleasure in it and the body of water is so large that new places can always be approached and looked at. We can definitely recommend it!
