  I ordered via Amazon a rain cover for our bike trailer, this was indeed delivered, but only in pure plastic without any protection.
  The hood fits, but it stinks mega of chemical means, and sending goods to a customer in plastic film is very very pitiful !!!

  I can only award 1 star, nobody answers the phone. Always taken. Then I took some extension. Ordered from Aosom last year. Order confirmation received, shipping confirmation after 6 working days and then a message Goods are no longer in stock. That's what I call being well organized 👍🏻

  Why can't you rate a company with 0 stars? No one answers, there are no replies to emails and the package has not been there for two weeks, although it would have taken "2-3 working days".
  If I said insulting, my review would not be available, so I refrain from humiliating such incompetent underprivileged people with abuse. Such outrageous behavior should not be paid for.
  I wish everyone a Merry Christmas and this company, if you can call it that, failures and bankruptcy.

  China Schrott und der Kundenservice miss geht nicht ans Telefon oder antwortet nicht auf E-Mail. Nach mehrmaligen E-Mail Kontakt entliche eine kleine Erstattung vom Preis mit Nachdruck von Real.

  Habe tagen gebraucht jemand von Service zu erreichen und das auch über 1000 umwege!!!
  So unfreundlich, laut und unverschämt gibt's nur bei mh-handel gmbh
  Wollte doch nur Sitz Ersatz Auflage nach bestellen.
  Wurde aber so was am Tel. abgespeist,dazu wurde noch weg gedrückt
  Armut Zeugnis!!!!!!
  Finger weg von aosom.de
  Bewertung:ein Stern definitiv zu viel
