I purchased Furniture from them. The wardrobe came with defect. The store close to me doesn't exist anymore, so I had to drive 3 hours to the next nearest to me. While there i explained the problem. They've got my number and promised that somebody who speaks english will call me back. I missed the call. They left a message. BUT, when I called back, nobody spoke even a word English even younger generation. It's EUROPE for goodness sake! However, worth then a third world country! I'll remove the comment if you resolve the problem.
