I‘ve enjoyed the view from the small hill. I would say for a small city run of 5-6km this is the perfect place.

Die grüne Lunge Schwabings. Entstanden im Zuge der Aufräumarbeiten nach Ende des 2. Weltkrieges (ehem. Schuttberg inkl. Alpenblick). Herrlich für Spaziergänge und Freizeitsport.

Excellent playground for kids right by their restaurant/biergarten. Kids can play, grown ups can drink. :-)

Exceptionally beautiful in autumn. Go for a relaxing walk or a short run or extend it and hop over to the near Olympiapark!

Great running, you can go for the easy flat rounds or spice it up with uphill intervals, great terrain but a bit too small for longer distances. Go for a drink in the Bamberger house afterwards ;-)

From the hill (highest elevation in the park) you get a nice view over downtown Munich with the Alps in the background :)
