I could write about all the facilities which you could find in any good hotels..but they have gone a step ahead by taking care of small things like lending bicycles, power banks, umbrella, international sockets and things that as a traveller is so cumbersome to handle atleast for me (I would certainly have left something behind) if you take it from home and that too with no charge. That was the best thing for me and the happy staff always made my day a cheerful one :)

Good working staff, clean and spacious room. good connection to the airport ,the Internet was not all that Bad , basically i have nothing against Lindner, delicious breakfast. prince i miss your Omelette :)

We ordered the 2 twin bed room but however the hotel was overbooked so they gave us the room with a queen bed and a sofa. It worked out because the sofa was a alternative option and they folded a sofa into a bed with blankets and pillows. The bathroom is huge and very clean. They have a tram stop 2 minutes away from the hotel. You also have to pay for breakfast and the bar in room. I would recommend it but the rooms maybe overbooked so watch out for that.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room and public areas were large which gave a very nice and relaxed feeling. Everything was modern, everything worked, breakfast was good and particularly the tea area which was outstanding. Price was very fair. We were a family of four, and hotel is family friendly. While the location is not central, for us, who traveled one day to Dortmund and another day to Amsterdam, the location was convenient as it was very near the motorway. But in any case, the center is only about a 10 minute drive. Parking was great because it was a weekend and there was ample street parking right next to the hotel

No tubs in the bedroom. Sink was blocked and had to be fixed. The repair was still not 100%. Requested iron but had to get it myself because of staff shortage. Safe in room didn't work. Restaurant was closed for refurbishment and bistro didn't have much on offer. Fitness canter is well equipped. Friendly staff. Just not up to the standard I expected:(

Booked literally last minute due to stepping off the plane in Düsseldorf feeling ill. Quick check in, nice comfortable room. Managed to leave my passport wallet behind on check out but they called me as soon as they found it (I didn't even realise I'd left it), and arranged to post on to me in Frankfurt - it arrived the next day! Great customer service. Will definitely use again!

But really cold showers and the free dinner you offered is a bad. Buffet with nearly no choice, most of it cold, not the standard of your restaurant. It gives me the feeling that you try to get as much as people with your advert including free dinner. But this is totally not acceptable for a 4 star hotel. And your breakfast is still great, but during weekends before Christmas you accept too much visitors and you can see that in the morning, you are not able to handle so much customers at the same time. No tables left, most of the bread baskets empty, no service when your coffee is finished.
