Been there on a weekday for lunch. The space is very nice. Had the pasta that was pretty flat/boring and the portion was small.

Really let down. I thought this place sounded sooo cool and delicious. It's all atmosphere and shtick without the quality. Food was bland, boring, and just not well executed. With so many good places to come in Berlin don't eat here

this place is a great hidden find for lunch, with extremely affordable prices for the standard of food. not pictured is the bread which is soaked in olive oil and really tasty, albeit slightly too salty. the lamb chops were my favorite with a solidly tasty mint coating and creamy mash. it could do better with some of the balance of flavors but ultimately a good find.

I loved this place. Of course, you have to go with a certain budget in mind, but for special occasions it is amazing. You lose count of the courses, and they are all delicious. The desert left a bit to be desired, as it was basically a frozen profiterol, but everything else was great!

Be sure to skip breakfast and lunch!
The changing menu has many great classic anti pasti and even more delicious main courses. The location is quirky, the staff friendly and the espresso is excellent.

Great place in an original old laundry. Unique menu (4-5 starters + 2 primi + 2 secondi + desert + half a bottle of red/white whine + water + digestive/coffee= 58€)
Amazing food and service quite flat. Don't go there if you expect a friendly service.

I am really disappointed with some people's reviews about this place! I have been to Lavanderia Vecchia many times for lunch. Always great, delicious food. Few days ago I was there for dinner and I had an amazing experience! You have to keep in mind that it's an Italian restaurant..so if you have ever been to Italy you know that eating is considered like a ceremony. If you are in a rush that's definitely not the place for you. Take your time, bring really good company with you, have your wine and just enjoy the food! Service was perfect: both waiter were taking really good care of us, describing each meal and checking if we needed anything. Food quality is beautiful. I definitely recommend this place. One of my favourite.
