In December I took my laptop to them with the blue screen restarting problem and screen flashing. I asked them if it could be the battery because I keep getting a pop up saying the battery is weak. They said nope, it’s definitely not the battery, it’s the operating system. They installed the newer windows and gave it back to me saying it was fixed. It wasn’t fixed. The same problem occurred.

Took the laptop back to them, & they said the problem is the motherboard and they can’t get a new one until January. Waited til January, got my laptop back with the new motherboard and they said the problem is fixed. It wasn’t fixed. Same problem again.

Took the laptop back to them. They had it for weeks and finally said it’s the battery. You know, the thing they said it definitely wasn’t. They said it should take a few more days. I called back a week later and they told me they don’t know if it’ll be another week or 2 weeks and urged me to be patient, don’t call them, and wait until they call me.

Be patient? It is coming onto 3 months. I haven’t been able to work and therefore earn money and you want me to be patient. Every time it’s a new answer so it’s not like I could have gone out and rented something in all of this time with the expectation that I’d be getting it back fixed soon.

I had an issue with charging my laptop. I told them that it was likely the power adapter. Indeed, when they tried one of their adapters it worked. They told me that the used one as well as the new adapter for my laptop would be 40 Euros. Trusting them I took one of their adapters, obviously they gave me the used one. At home I realized that the charger was a 45 W one that costs only 21 Euros on Amazon, while the original adapter for my laptop was a 65 W adapter. Since they are dealing with those issues on a daily basis I think they were perfectly aware of that, therefore, the one star review is well deserved.
