Nice lovely place by the lake, comfortable rooms, excellent venue for a conference. Breakfast is quite good though not special. Pretty good value for money.

Great place, stayed for a conference so no time to explore. Good room and made us of the bar which was also good. Friendly staff.

Nice hotel, neat and clean rooms and cordial staff. Good for get togethers. The hotel is away from potsdam city. I find it a bit difficult to locate the hotel. There is a tram, bus and railway station nearby. It is nice to walk along the river side in the evening.

Really good breakfast. Worth the cost. Nice rooms but balcony was narrow and common with other rooms on the same floor. Paid parking but you could park for free on the street.

really nice hotel. picturesque location. although it is a pretty big complex it does feel like being at home there. only rooms could be a bit bigger. fantastic breakfast. if you need a place to stay in Potsdam and looking for quite place, close to nature this is it

I attended a conference at this hotel in late May. The staff were all very helpful, and the food that was served was great! The conference room was nice and spacious, but tended to get a little warm.

Had a lovely overnight stay in Potsdam. Hotel is very big with many amenities. The lake view and path to enjoy a walk or bike ride was lovely. We enjoyed our game of German Skittle--learning something new is always fun!

This hotel is good, but for the price it should have been great. There are some minor things that should be looked at before it reaches 5 stars. In my humble opinion the staff should be fluent in English. They should know how to be service staff at the restaurant. The walls are paper thin to the extent I could follow the neighbors conversation even though they spoke softly. The food and breakfast was extremely good. A nice hotel and consider the above some small things I would look to.
