  There are clearly 5 from me ⭐️, within a very short time I had made an appointment, when Mr. Kanoglu came to my house I perceived him as a very competent and well-equipped employee who quickly and professionally took care of the damage to my vehicle , within a few days I had my report available.

  Through an accident, I met Mr. Türker from Stern Kfz Appraiser on the recommendation of a friend. After using this service for the first time, I was so satisfied that when I had my second accident, I called Stern Kfz, i.e. Mr. Türker, without hesitation. Although he was on leave, he sent another employee with the same tact and professionalism. In both cases, work was carried out meticulously and the necessary procedures were completed as quickly as possible. I was very satisfied with Stern Kfz, Mr. Türker and their lawyer Mr. Christian Hillus. They are very friendly, professional and polite. They do their job really well. Thank you.

  I would highly recommend this appraiser to anyone. They work quickly and neatly. From the assessment of the damage to the expert opinion, I felt that I was in good hands here. A huge plus is definitely the on-site service and the short waiting time for an appointment. Mr. Kanoglu is very friendly and competent and advises you personally and professionally on all important questions. I hope, of course, that I will remain accident-free from today. If I ever need an appraisal again, this is my first choice.

  Unfortunately :-) I had to call on the nice gentlemen twice.
