    Very professional and nice seller.
I bought a brand new Vacheron Constantin at 40% discount in comparaison with the retail price and it was still under garantee.
    I received it very fast.
Bernhard was very nice and comprehensive .
    Thank you !

Have dealt with Mr Wilfart several times now, always purchasing but on the last occasion I sold him a watch and have always had an efficient and pleasant experience.

I know Bernhard Wilfart for about 9 years. During this period I bought and sold several watches and my experiences allways were very good.

    "A pure and shameful disgrace"

I have read the above mentioned other review and I do agree to it completely I bought a vintage Patek Philippe Calatrava ref. 3520 in September 2011 from this mr. wilfart, and my biggest mistake was that I bought it solely via internet and e-mails, without inspecting the watch personally and thoroughly before buying it: I discovered via an expert in spring 2015 when I was preparing the watch for selling that it was left completely without any basic service and maintaining / overhauling by juwelier wilfart In addition, the watch has had a severe impact at some point before me and the movement was damaged quite severely. All this even so the phrase of juwelier wilfart says that "every timepiece is carefully inspected and serviced by our master watchmakers" and so on So, because the one year "guarantee" by juwelier wilfart was already over the watch had to be sent to the Patek Philippe service center in Geneva, and you can imagine the complete overhauling / reparation was extremely expensive to pay!

So, my personal piece of advice to all of you who read this review is that please check the watch / watches you are going to buy from this juwelier wilfart extremely carefully, preferably with expertice by some expert in the field of horology.

    A pure and shameful disgrace.

Bought a Patek 3940J from Mr Wilfart. He was always very polite by email, quite a affable chap when I finally met him in person in his shop. He sent me pictures from the watch open (for me to see the movement) by mail but refused to open the watch in front of me in his shop, telling me that he was "frightened not to be able to close it back after." It was a genuine Patek 3940J after inspection so I still bought the watch, as in any case I was sending it to Patek for revision. The reserve of the 240Q caliber of the watch is normally 40h, here it was barely 8-9h after two weeks of wear, and impossible for the watch to make it at the end of month for the change of month. I mentioned this to sir Wilfart, he told me september the 2nd 2016 that I will take care of this. No news from him since Of course.

The watch came back yesterday from Patek's Paris revision. I spoke with one of Patek's watchmakers about it : "such a watch should be revised every 5 years, all the oil in the watch was completely dry, this watch hasn't seen revision for way more than 5 years, the barrel had to be changed". Conclusion : beware of the high standard he like to display on his shop's site

I put 1 star as I wasn't allowed by google to put less.
