Wanted to pick up my package there! After minutes of searching he couldn't find it. I was told that I should place an investigation with DHL. When I asked, I was expelled from the store and got a note where I should go. I called him before the shop. The DHL service employee told me that my package was handed over to a person I did not know today. The team in the shop was very unprofessional. I hope my package doesn't go there again

Incredibly rude, unprofessional and ultimately incompetent.
I didn't get my package, the only statement that kept coming up was 'DHL is to blame'. After simple questions, the voice was raised against me in an extremely unpleasant way and attempts were made to explain to me with wild constructs why my package is not there.

Mein Paket habe ich an eine Packstation umgeleitet, da ich wusste, dass ich nicht zu Hause bin. Leider war dieses zu groß und wurde in diesen Paketshop geliefert. Mir wurde zweimal vor Ort und einmal telefonisch mitgeteilt, dass mein Paket nicht dort liegen würde, obwohl es meine App so angezeigt hatte, dass dieses Paket dort liegen würde. Da ich Angst hatte, dass das Paket wieder an den Absender nach 7 Tagen geschickt wird, habe ich bei DHL einen zweiten Zustellversuch beantragt. Mir wurde dann mitgeteilt, dass das Paket aus diesem Paketshop abgeholt wurde und seit 7 Tagen dort lag. Anscheinend haben sie kein System und kommen überhaupt nicht klar. Da ist 1 Stern noch zu viel!
Nachtrag: Paket wurde wieder an den Absender zurückgeschickt! Beschwerde direkt an DHL geht raus!response / report this review -

The very last thing, I wanted to pick up my package today on Saturday during the usual opening hours, so I was told I wouldn't turn on my computer today, you can only pick up your package on Tuesday. How good that Easter weekend is and it is a gift. I ask myself how such people can run a DHL Paket Shop. SERVICE is very important here.
