  This is the sort of establishment that should no longer be in business. Yes, the building has charm on the outside, yes the the older lady owner and her daughter are friendly and some of the food is good, but it doesn't even come close to any hotel service I have ever experienced. Among the many things wrong are:
  1. Nobody to help with luggage, which if you have kids and multiple pieces you are left to fend for yourself
  2. No shampoo or conditioner or cream in the room
  3. No room service
  4. No food served for guests on Mondays and Tuesdays which is really inconvenient
  5. The rooms are deplorable -- everything is outdated, smells funny, materials are bad; bath clogs, there is no shower curtain
  6. The cleaners actually do not clean the room but just changed towels - do not even clean the dirty dishes
  7. Even when serving food to guests for conferences, the chef, the husband owner, refused to cook lunch for me so unless you mention in advance I guess you don't get to eat here.

  Very nice hotel in good location. It is charming and has very helpful staff. If you are looking for modern chain hotel it is not for you. If you are looking for family driven hotel you should stay in Jagdhotel. Graundfloor nicely renovated. See pictures. My room was older but with real wooden furniture. Good breakfast included in the price.

  Die Lage ist gut, die Gasträume sind renoviert und schön gestaltet. Von den Zimmern, in unserem Fall ein Doppelzimmer kann ich das nicht behaupten. Hier besteht dringend Renovierungsbedarf, insbesondere das Bad geht m.E. gar nicht. Das Frühstück war ok. Insgesamt darf man aber deutlich mehr erwarten.

  Besuch im Juli 2016
  Hotel an sich sehr schön. Empfang und Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.
  Leider hatten wir ein nicht renoviertes Zimmer, welches sehr stark aufgeheizt war. Bei der telefonischen Reservierung wurden wir nicht auf das einfachere Zimmer hingewiesen. Von daher nur zwei Sterne, da unsere Erwartung angesichts der Bilder und Rezensionen höher war.
  Ansonsten trotzdem eine Empfehlung.
