It's not great, but perfectly reasonable hotel for business or travel stay. Don't expect fancy stuff, but a nice clean room (quiet despite construction at the main station, for me at least) and helpful staff as well as a central location.

Advert on trivago and other sites claimed rooms availability that suited the family need, reception on the phone confirmed this but when arriving at the hotel 10 minutes later then the call it was fully booked and only rooms available twice the price.

Expected it to be basic and close to station, however no air con and train noise made for a very poor sleep.

Reasonably priced room in a convenient location. Friendly staff and a decent bar. Don't expect to get any nice views though. It's definitely were I'd stay again if we're in Ulm.

Recetion is really bad. They had charge my credit carte despite a vouncher or not finding my reservation. The breakfast is expensive for this level of hotel and the free wifi is extremly poor

Rooms on the smaller size. The free WiFi is absolutely pathetic. For any reasonable internet speed, one needs to pay EUR 8 perday.

Good clean rooms and comfortable beds, friendly staff, there is also a great choice of restaurants and shopping in die area. Downside are the very small bed- and bathrooms there is hardly space for the bed and a small desk. I you only use the room for a good nights sleep this one is absolutly OK.

I have stayed at this hotel for 3 months at a stretch, I really love the location of the hotel, its right on the railway station, I came to know that all the intercity hotels are located the same way, although you stay right on the railway station the hotel is surprisingly silent. The staff are really courteous and the breakfast has a nice collection. Would love be there if I am in the city for the convenience that the hotel offers
