Rating concerns Jo De who has not reported for days.
It was not possible to view the apartment for days, although I responded very promptly to the apartment advertisement for the purchase of a condominium.
I work in the field of construction financing myself and have never experienced such unprofessional processing before. Strange business practice.

From the presentation of the property to support, even after the purchase contract, Mr. Dell was friendly and reliable.
We have also had good experiences with ImmoConcept GmbH as a property manager and can recommend this company to others.
