Ich berichte aus Sicht eines Käufers: Beratung war mangelhaft, Abwicklung des Kaufvertrags das reinste Chaos, war sehr peinlich beim Notar, da jeder eine andere Version hatte. Der gewählte Notar war hingegen prima, wenigstens der konnte uns dann alles in Ruhe erklären. Die Telefonate und Mailkontakte mit dem Makler waren teilweise wirklich unter der Gürtellinie. Die Inkompetenz zog sich bis zur Übergabe des Hauses, bei der der Makler nicht mal die Originalunterlagen mitbrachte, sondern erst auf Anfrage per Post nachträglich zuschickte. Im Gesamten sehr enttäuschend, beachtet man, dass der Käufer die gesamte Provision bezahlt.
