Not recommended for families with babies. No kettles in rooms. No staff around. Basic hotel for overnight stay

Nice rooms and great value. Only problem is groups of guests (handwerker) who congregate in one room having a party until late. Other issue is the whole building stinks of cigarettes despite most rooms being 'non smoking'.

the rooms are tiny and not very well equipped. The workers there are a little bit unfriendly.

Rooms are very hot and humid. The window opens, and the room promptly fills with bugs as there are no screens.

The room otherwise, was clean, tidy and quiet.
Wifi signal was not too bad, but speed was sometimes lacking.
The bathroom was quite small, and there is no toilet seat.

Again, budget room, at 30-32EUR/night, it's great value.

I often stay at Etap hotels and appreciate that a room has just what you need for a nightly stop on a longer drive. But this place did not live up to the usual standard. No glasses, no toilet brush, no hand soap, the doors let all noises from the hallway into your room, housekeeping begins banging on doors at 09.00 to get into rooms and there's a busy bypass close to the hotel that makes it impossible to sleep with an open window if your room faces the hotel parking lot. If a hotel doesn't let you get rest then what's the point?
