I've spent several weeks here over the past couple of years. The staff are very helpful and friendly, being fluent in both English and German. Breakfast is solid. It includes fried and scrambled eggs with bacon and sausage. Good coffee, juice and continental breakfast. Beds are great. Bathrooms are clean. Location is 20 minutes walk to university or downtown. A variety of restaurants and groceries are a short walk. 15 minutes walk to fritz-walter stadium.

The staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home here. The rooms are elegant and modern. Mine came with a large balcony. The mattress was very firm. The smoked salmon for breakfast was delicious. My only complaints about this hotel was the loud tenants next door and the shaky wifi.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and tidy. There was a good selection for breakfast ie cereal, fruits, ham, cheese, toast, sausage, bacon, eggs etc. Good "beans to cup" coffee machine. Shower was powerful and the hotel provided shampoo & shower gel. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Currently staying from Atlanta, GA, USA. The staff is so very friendly and accommodating it almost has that southern charm feel to it. The moment you walk in you get a friendly grating and shown your room. To say I am in love with this place is an understatement. The breakfast is available every morning from 7 to 10, and has a little bit of everything to appeal to all your taste buds. Beer wine coffee and pizza available through the day. This place is most definitely a gem!
