Always a great experience and services. Staff are very friendly and professional. Food from the restaurant is amazing. Having had dinner three times over the last 6 months, I can say that it's consistently delicious.

It is a bit pricy but generally clean but I found a hair in the bath tub. You only get one bottle of water per stay which sort of sets rhe standard of expectations. Efficient service.

Stayed stayed here for a 2 day business meeting. Excellent food a fusion of Italian and German and great facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I just stayed there while on a business trip. The room and hotel are decorated quite nicely. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant has a good variety on the menu. Overall quite pleased. Will definitely stay there next time I visit the Karlstein/Kahl area again.
