Excellent! Arrived without a reservation in the middle of the night! We booked, checked in through the check in boy machine. Great price and a really nice room!

Bad service, the staff speaks little English and frankly doesn't want anyone there that doesn't speak German. For a hotel located near a US base I'm surprised at this position. The atmosphere is very distrustful of foreigners and I've witnessed staff giving queue priority to German customers. Avoid if you can.
