DO NOT BOOK THIS! Rooms are horrible, personell is a joke, Wi-Fi seems to accept connections but that is basically all it does.

This hotel is utterly dirty and occupied by BED BUGS. After seeing MANY other comments about their bed bug encounter, I can finally reassure myself because I thought I was giving a false accusation. Stay away from this hotel, their room is filthy especially the carpet and their BED. STAY AWAY, you have been warned. The only good thing about this place is some of the friendly front desk staffs. That's about it.

Malfunctioned TV set, awful-locationed room near trash deposit. Entrance to this room seems a safety door. Poor desk, and without trash can in living room. Not worth 48 euro for a night.

A lot worse then expected. The hostel I stayed in last week was far better then this hotel.
Window was open when I first entered the room, I closed it before I went for my night out and after coming back the room smelled really bad. The bathroom is so tiny it was hard to sit on the toilet.
All in all I would never stay there again.

Very nice for the price, reception employees are helpful and polite, safe and secure, and staff for the cleaning are doing there job professionally,they care and the breakfast varieties of egg tomato cheese and western food.

Very small room. There was no chair, no table, a very thin duvet for winter. One had to put the heater very high and the TV wasn't properly working!
I asked for another room and they said I'd have to pay more to have a chair!!
Besides, one has to know the Haptbahnhof area in Frankfurt is terrible.
Apart from that, it's cheap and the breakfast is fine.
