Eccentric interior design, but very clean and service was really good.

Super Standort, alles wichtige ist innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Auch die Umgebung ist schön ruhig und idyllisch. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist zwar nicht gerade üppig, aber frische (auch frische Eier) und von der Auswahl her sollte trotzdem für jeden was dabei sein. Allerdings gibt es auch zwei Makel: Zum einen ist die Glastür der Dusche etwas kurz geraten, wodurch bei Unachtsamkeit Wasser in Richtung Waschbecken fließt. Zum anderen könnte man etwas genauer sauber machen In Bad und Bett waren ein paar Haare und die Fenster sind nicht sauber. Der Service ist dafür aber top! Sehr nett und entgegenkommt. Alles in allem würde ich 4,5 Sterne geben, leider gehen hier aber keine halben :D

Location
In the countryside outside the town of Schwaebish Hall. Walking distance from a regional Airport! Very quiet area, only activity was a field with grazing sheep nearby.
Parking
Plenty of free parking right outside the rooms. Cant complain.
Checkin process
Was quick and efficient. Room was as per the booking.
Room
Room is comfortable for 1 person and a bit small for 2 especially if you have some luggage. We had to manage with moving luggage in and out of the car as we were staying for 2 nights.
Was quite a warm couple of days (around 30C) and as most German hotels this hotel does not have Airconditioning. I requested the front desk for a fan, which they were kind enough to offer. This Dyson fan that we borrowed was a life saver as otherwise it would have been miserable. The window does not open fully, just tilts to let some air in. This would have been suffocating but for the fan that we made good use of.
Bathroom was clean and adequate. Nice set of amenities on offer.
WiFi
Internet was available and the speeds were sufficient. Internet also available in lobby and restaurant areas. Did not have to keep re-entering username and password which was a relief.
Breakfast was a nice spread. Virtually a cold breakfast apart from the boiled eggs. Good assortment of pastries and baked goods.
Restaurant choices within walking distance are quite limited. There is an Italian place Ristorante da Filippo that offers Pizza and Pasta about 5 minutes walk and Gasthof Hirsch, a typical German restaurant that is about 10 minutes walk. Ate at both places, but nothing to write home about.
Overall
Value priced hotel with modern rooms. Good choice if you need to be in the Schwaebish Hall area. Would certainly consider again in winter time or any other time when it is not too hot.response / report this review -

Rooms are great, staff are great, breakfast is very good, Internet when it works is rather slow, I had constant issues with losing connection on both my phones and laptop.

Schönes Design Hotel, jung und modern mit schöner Sonnenterrasse. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Dort bin ich gerne wieder Gast.

Mitten im Industriegebiet, Fenster sind grundsätzlich verschlossen. Frühstück ist einfach gehalten. Guter Kaffee, und sehr nettes Personal. Derzeit Baustelle vor der Tür.
