Familiehotel, oudere stijl maar wel netjes, en lekker ontbijt. Mooi uitzicht op de Rijn. Vriendelijke mensen maar betalen op voorhand via website kun je beter niet doen. Bij ons vertrek was er nog twijfel of we wel of niet betaald hadden.jammer

Waren hier nur eine Nacht und es war richtig furchtbar. Gebucht haben wir über HRS und haben eine HRS-Buchungsbestätigung dabei. Im Hotel selbst konnte keine Buchung gefunden werden. Gebucht haben wir ein Zimmer mit Rheinblick und bekommen ein Zimmer was in den Hinterhof zeigt. Wir haben auch ohne Frühstück gebucht und wurden vom Chef persönlich am nächsten Morgen äußerst unfreundlich darauf angesprochen, warum wir denn erst beim Bezahlen mitteilen, dass wir kein Frühstück haben wollen. Derselbe Chef scheint auch solche Ausdrücke, wie "Guten Morgen" oder "Guten Tag" nicht zu seinem Wortschatz zu zählen. Aber damit ist das Ende der Fahnenstange noch nicht erreicht. Das Zimmer muss bis 11:00 geräumt werden. Wir wurden schon um 10:00 durch wiederholtes sehr lautes Klopfen an der Tür belästigt, wobei trotz des lauten "Nein!" Von unserer Seite und extra abgeschlossener Tür hat die Reinigungsdame ihren Schlüssel benutzt um trotz lauter Rufe das Zimmer zu betreten und uns auf eine äußerst unfreundliche Art mitzuteilen, dass wir aus dem Zimmer raus sollen. Ich war in Deutschland schon in vielen Hotels, aber so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt! Privatsphäre im Zimmer Fehlanzeige und Freundlichkeit ist ein Fremdwort - nie wieder!

Essen dauerte viel zu lange. Salat erst nach einet Stunde bekommen. Die Hauptspeise​ war auch nicht gut gemacht. Nudeln verkocht. Steak zu durch.

Dieses Hotel wurde uns als behindertengerecht angeboten, obwohl es das nicht ist! Ein Fahrstuhl ist zwar vorhanden, aber viel zu eng. Ein Rollstuhl passt da nur so gerade eben rein. Der Eingang zum Badezimmer ist so schmal, dass ein Rollstuhl dort erst garnicht reinpasst.

DO NOT STAY HERE, THIS PLACE IS COMPLEATLY HORRIBLE.
I wish I could give it -2 stars.
I have been here over a month and the Internet is absolutely horrible. Each floor has its own network and I could never connect to my floor. If I stood in the hallway I could sometimes connect to to the for below me. I complained several times, the first time I got nothing but a shrug and a I'm sorry face, the second time the response I got was "I always just unplug this and plug it (the WiFi extender) back in and it works (but it didn't), the third response I got was "Just go into the hallway and use the internet." What kind of BS is that to expect me to do work, make personal calls and use the Internet for any other reason out in a public space where the Internet doesn't even work all the time. Then the old man is always smoking a cigar inside the building and every floor reeks of cigar smoke. They will do your laundry but can't garente they won't shrink it. Two colleges had their clothes shrank. Due to my lengthy stay and not other option avaliable and I had to have them do my laundry. Yes some clothes were shrunk, my laundry smelt like someone had blown cigar smoke directly into the bag and my clothes had ash on them. There are very few good qualities about this motel but due to the unsatisfactory service I have received I will not mention them. If I had a choice in the hotel I stayed at I would never choose this one again. Absolute crap.
*Update*
While packing up to leave I have now found my laundry that they did for me has cigar burns. Unbelievable. Words cannot discretion my anger right now.response / report this review -

Stayed here on Nov. 21-22. It was Amazing!! Extremely friendly staff and Very Nice rooms! It's surrounded by mountains and adjacent to the Rhine river. Simply beautiful area!!
