Sehr hübsches Gasthaus.
Gute Küche, guter Preis, schön serviert
Kellner sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend
Kinderstuhl vorhanden aber keine Kinderkarte. Das bestellen einer Portion Pommes war kein Problem und kam schnell.
Gasthaus zu empfehlen leider bekam im Hintergrund eine Mitarbeiterin einen kleinen Nervenzusammenbruch und äußerster sich sehr laut.

Avoid avoid avoid!!!! Rude service on another level. Food is ok, but having to put up with the uncomfortable atmosphere is not worth it. Trust me there are better places in BK and nearing towns. Frau Ott who runs the hotel is heard screaming all day from the kitchen. It is unpleasant and I don't know how she stays in business. There are great Michelin quality restaurants nearby for fine dining try Storchen which is fantastic. Otherwise, in summer go for the farm run Straussis which make sensational food with warm and relaxed atmosphere. Staufen has a couple good spots.

Je n'ai pas dormi à l'hôtel. Par contre, je peux dire qu'il est exceptionnellement bien situé, en face des thermes et à côté du parc thermal. Je connais aussi le restaurant depuis des années. Le rapport qualité prix est exceptionnel, les plats sont copieux, très bons, et le service et le cadre sont très agréables.

Ich habe heute hier zu Abend gegessen, das Essen war sehr gut. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Nur die sehr laute Chefin in der Küche störte die nette Atmosphäre.

Das Essen war allgemein in Ordnung, einige Portionen eventuell etwas übersichtlich gehalten. Das Ambiente entsprach meiner Ansicht nach gutbürgerlichen Maßstäben. Die Bedienung war jedoch manchmal etwas unhöflich.

Sehr ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre, saubere Zimmer, sehr guter und freundlicher Service, empfehlenswertes Frühstücksbuffet und feine Küche. Und über allem eine freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Frau Ott!!!

Très bon restaurant juste en face des termes.
On y mange très bien pour un prix beaucoup moins élevé qu'en France.
Pour environ 20€, vous pouvez avoir un menu complet : entrée, plat et dessert et un plat travaillé. Tout semble fait maison, de vrais pommes de terres épluchées (de plus en plus rare), un dessert fait maison etc
Je recommande fortement ce restaurant ou l'on a été bien accueillit.

Das Essen ist gut. Aber das ganze "Drumherum" ein Kellner sehr überheblich und nur dumme Sprüche drauf. Keinen Überblick ob am Tisch alles okay ist, oder noch etwas fehlt,oder der Gast noch einen Wunsch hat. Haben heute eineinhalb Stunden aufs Essen warten müssen (und dass für das ausgewiesene Sonntagsmenü), das Bier war zu warm, mein bestellter Wein kam erst nach dem Essen. Das Personal ist hier total überfordert. Für mein Geld gehe ich lieber anderswo essen, wo ich mich nicht ärgern muss.

Restaurant: The food is very good and we have returned many times for it along with the nice ambience. Today unfortunately, whilst the front of house was very friendly and trying their best to create a nice atmosphere and keep things going smoothly, the owner could be heard shouting both in the kitchen and in the bar area – the shouting getting ever louder and insistent as the orders stalled – the guests found themselves waiting very long for their orders.
A potential hotel guest inquiring for a room was sent to the reception with an empty promise that they would be checked in a few minutes – he left after about half an hour of futile waiting.
Chapeau to the front of house and cooks for their great work – I can only hope the owner gets her act together, or what used to be a wonderful restaurant has had its run.
