Wonderful, if pricy, breakfast (especially the meatballs!). Rooms comfortable and staff were very efficient and somewhat friendly. I really liked the room cleaning policy where you can choose to get a free drink or donate to charity if you choose not to have your room cleaned during your stay (although I am hoping this does not lead to reduced employment of staff).

The hotel was very clean and modern. It has elevators. Hair dryer s are in the room. Beds had lovely soft pillows.

We booked an overnight stay here on our family trip to the South. We appreciated the (kid) friendly welcome, the clean and spacious family room with kitchenette and enjoyed the extensive breakfast. The proximity of Erlangen city center allowed us to have a nice stroll out of the hotel into the city center, through the castle gardens and to have dinner in town.

Good is good but for business the technology setup is not very good for presentations. The room we had only had a projector shooting on a wall . So hard on the eyes to read content.

Clean and enjoyable hotel! Rooms are fairly basic with no fridge and limited space for storing clothes.

The Novotel Erlangen is a very nice clean hotel, located in the city center it off quiet and comfy. The rooms are spacious and service is very friendly.

Room was very clean and staff very friendly. The breakfast buffet was above average I'd say. I would have given a higher score but my work college had booked a room sent an email confirmation but was 2 hours last check in time because of traffic and they gave away her room. They even acknowledged they got the email. Luckily she found room at a nearby hotel. This is unacceptable for any hotel let alone a business hotel.
