An absolutely amazing hotel. If you're still considering whether or not to visit Neuschwanstein castle, DO IT, and stay at Hotel Müller in Hohenschwangau, you will not regret it. The staff is friendly, the service is fantastic, and the hotel is ridiculously quaint and charming! The staff even picked up our castle tickets for us so that we didn't have to go up the mountain early to get them ourselves. The rooms are a good size and have all the amenities you need, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The breakfast spread is great. There is literally nothing I could think to improve about this place, and my wife and definitely plan on coming back!

Really great experience here. Accommodating staff during reservations. Nice rooms (ours had a great view of Neuschwanstein), good food, excellent location for parking and visiting the nearby castles. Reception got our castle tickets for us and helped with all the logistics. If you're going to the castles, this is where you want to stay.

We stayed at the hotel on Aug 15-16. Our upgraded room was spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. Breakfast was good with a great variety of choices. Parking is next to the hotel and was readily available. What surprised us the most was the level of front desk help we received in the morning. It was really above and beyond and extremely professional. My biggest thanks to the front desk people who helped us.

Rating Restaurant: Experienced Restaurant for Tourists, great waiters, great food and really tasty. Had sasuage with sauerkraut and Käsespätzle. Included wifi and free toilet. Good Food after the castle or while waiting

Check in was very easy. Reception(we had Alexander) was so helpful, polite and friendly. He was full of information and answered all our questions. The hotel was very pretty and exactly as the pictures online. Dinner was OK, breakfast was filling. Our 2 rooms were basic but comfortable and above all clean. We would certainly stay again.

We went to eat at the restaurant of the Müller hotel before visiting Schloß Neuschwanstein.

The restaurant is very pretty. Service is good and pleasant. I had this dish consisting of pasta, cheese and fried onions, for 9€ it was out of this world! However my girlfriend had the schnitzel for 20€ and she was more of less satisfied with it, so choose carefully.

The desserts are also quite awesome. Costs about 50€ for two, if you take a drink, a meal and a dessert.

This hotel was great. It was not too far from the train station, and had a wonderful breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the noise at night was low. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
