Worst stay ever, VERY RUDE STAFF, loud music @ night, tv & wifi in room was broken. DON'T STAY THERE”

Live concert with loud music in garden in front of hotel till past 1a.m. No parking available that night. Wifi broken, tv broken, hairddryer broken, no fridge in room, not clean. VERY RUDE receptionist, only there to try and get money for breakfost(overpriced, worst coffee ever). We mentioned all this to her, nothing was done to repair. Night staff promised to take it up with owner, but Complaint was 'lost' by other staff members and after phonecalls and mail dismissed by owner (who was on vacation and does not care what happens in his hotel. DO NOT GO THERE!

Das Hotel ist gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und für den Preis völlig in Ordnung.

Leider ist die Rezeption selten besetzt und man muss anrufen und warten.

Die Lage ist perfekt für Reisende, da es direkt gegenüber des Bahnhofs liegt. Auch in die Innenstadt sind es zu Fuß nur ein paar Minuten.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, stilvoll eingerichtet, mit ausreichender Anzahl von freien Parkplätzen. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls gut und findet unterm Dach statt. Hier gibt es einen angenehmen Blick nach draußen.
Das W-Lan ist etwas dürftig. Hier könnte etwas nachgerüstet werden.
Die angebotene Sauna ist etwas vernachlässigt.
Die Hotelleistung an sich ist aber gut und der Preis i.O.

The hotel's breakfast area is adorable and the city is picture perfect! We thought the beds could have been softer, we both woke up with back aches. However, the room was very clean and a good value for the money.

In itself Hotel Queen Olga is nicely decorated with good rooms and a friendly staff. They rented out 20 rooms however to guests of a holigan type that kept us up for half the night. What shocked us most was that the behavior of this group was known by the management but they failed to warn the other guests ' because the company this group works for promised their employees would do better' . Well they didn't. Shame on this company and their employees and shame on the management of the hotel for taking on other guest while they knew what barbarians they had in the house. When we complained all they could offer was a very feeble apology.
If ever you consider staying there please check first about your fellow guests before you book.
