Cozy little hotel, but definitely overpriced during Oktoberfest. My single room was so small that you have to sit sideways on the toilet or you break your kneecaps against the wall. Wi-Fi very unreliable, and cellular coverage is worse than anything I've seen before. Breakfast is good if you like German breakfast with buns and lots of stuff to put on them.

Super schönes Hotel im Süden von München. Wir haben hier ein Wochenende verbracht und die gemütliche Athmosphäre sehr genossen. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man innerhalb einer halben Stunde in der Innenstadt. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders der freundliche Service muss extra erwähnt werden! Egal, ob am Empfang, oder beim Frühstück, die Damen waren immer sehr bemüht, uns alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Unser Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und entsprach vollkommen dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Struttura a poco più di mezz'ora da Marienplatz, comodamente servita dai mezzi di superficie. Le camere sono ampie ed accoglienti e il personale molto disponibile anche nel fornire informazioni sulla città. Consigliato.

This is a nice, clean little hotel about a mile from the train station. The rooms are small by American standards, but in line with everything I've seen in Europe. The breakfast is extra, but good.

The walk from the train station is pleasant, and feels less than the .9 miles it is. It looks like a bus goes by, but I didn't take that.

I plan to stay here again when in Munich.

I have really enjoyed my few days stay at Hotel Heigl. The hotel location is very interesting, it is beautiful countryside with forest park where you can do some sports like cycling, running or just walking. It is also only something like 25-30 minutes to the city center of München, so you can enjoy yours time visiting the city as well :)
It is very close to local railway station or somewhat farther to Underground, there is also local public transport(bus) or you can always call a taxi. There is also local car parking if you have a car. There are a few restaurants with good traditional bavarian food in the hotel neighbourhood.
Hotel is a few floors building. I liked my single room, it was equipted with all the things you need like: bed, table with chair, telephone, TV, WiFi internet, private toilet with shower cabin. There was also a very good european styled breakfast served in the morning. Very nice and helpful staff. In general the hotel was very clean and tidy.
