This is a Great Hotel. The room was flawlessly nice and spacious. The food was also great but a bit pricy. They organised a delicious vegan option so I cannot complain. Sadly just stayed one night.

We celebrated our wedding there and came back for several occasions. The management of the wedding was outstanding. The food in the normal restaurant itself can be classified as very good. We did not test the Soldan-Restaurant. The service in general is excellent. There might be rare occasions of flaws which only come to your attention because one is used to a sensationally polite and helpful staff. As already stated by other reviewers the SPA area is a place of pure beauty of relaxation. Of course this all has it's (monetary) price.

The hotel the best in the region and can be unreservedly recommended. You have to try that SPA!

Sonne Frankenberg is an absolute wonderful Hotel and destination. The three restaurants, the SPA and the rooms are an absolute perfect setup and just everything is of high quality with a great attention to detail. The quality of service and friendliness of the entire team is absolutely amazing. We stayed there for 6 days and just enjoyed every single day. We can't wait to return.
