Great hotel. Great food. Great everything.
Good hotel. check in till 22:00. rooms have airconditioning. rooms have balconies. good service
Excellent hotel, spacious rooms, nice breakfast and the staff were polite and services. It is highly recommended
Near public transportation, clean, friendly staff and communicative.
Good parking and easy access to the city. The three things I want to complain about is how little they have done to show that this hotel was a former retirement house, because of the toilets and the emergency wires/buttons. The fridge was not cleaned and smelled like alcohol, and the wifi only worked 5 min before problems occurred and it then stopped working
Very clean, nice hotel, good staff, close to tram.
Between a gas station and the rail line, clean but very basic rooms not at a three star standard and not worth the room rate. Staying at a three star hotel across the border in France for 50 eur less a night in a much nicer room.
- Quickly back on the autobahn
- Good train (Strassenbahn) to city centre (some 4 miles away)
- Very nice staff at reception desk
- Big rooms
- Nice shower
- Airco
- Railway runs close behind the hotel (though if you close the window and put on the airco, it's very quiet)
- Not very romantic/character hotel.
I really enjoyed this hotel. It is a bit out of town but it is right across from a tram station or you could drive into town. (It only takes about 5 minutes) There was an elevator to make getting luggage upstairs easier. The rooms were large, clean, and updated. There are train tracks out behind the hotel that you WILL hear if the windows are open, but ear plugs are provided. That being said, we didn't even need them. With the windows closed at night and the room being cooled by the air conditioner, we couldn't even hear the trains. The breakfast was nice, filling, and had a large variety. We also took advantage of the laundry service and our close came back clean, folded and smelling nice. I think the only reason I gave this hotel a 4 star instead of 5 was because of the location. It didn't bother me that it was out of town or that there were train tracks near by (since you couldn't hear them). What bothered me was that the hotel is behind a gas station and used car lot. It looked like the hotel was there first so I can't really blame them, but it is a shame. The building was very nice and I would still absolutely stay there again, but it was a little bit of a let down.
