Good and fast service with waiters in traditional German garment. Food is not quite mine and the menu is slightly overpriced. Overall, a great place for an authentic Teutonic experience.

Not very surprising German food. Pork was not crispy. Process are ok, but maybe to expensive for jena.

We stayed for some local beer which is always good and had just some snacks. The garlic bread was good although a bit too dark. Overall prices are really good but there are also some meals that are to expensive for what they offer.

Amazingly beautiful location at the old brewery. Food is really good and for reasonable prices. Also the service is nice and friendly. Papiermühle is the perfect place for family gatherings, dinners or a relaxed lunch. All this said without even mentioning the tasty, traditional beers they sell and put into their food.

Fancy German food with really poor service. We were there with 5 people for dinner. Hab to wait 20 minutes to order. Staff was demotivated and slow. The food was pretty good and even served pretty fast. But whenever we needed someone to order, we hat to wait for aber (although there were 4 waiters for 15 tables). I tried to Talk to the manager but couldn't come through. In conclusion: The first time in my life i didn't Tip.
