A wi-fi semmire se jó szerintem. A szoba kisebb mint hittük bár inkább a fürdő volt elképesztő, érthető hogy alacsony költségvetésű a hely de a zuhany fej használhatatlan az ajtó szétesve, az már csak apróság hogy az éjjeli lámpa kapcsolója vagy hiányzott vagy nem működött. A lépcsőház kellemetlenül hangosan recsegett. A reggeli ha 7-7:30 között érkezel egész jó , a hely pozitívuma az a barátságos személyzet.

Kam abends an. Von den Leselampen am Bett waren die Schalter abgebrochen. Kein Leselicht. Rezeption unerreichbar (nach 22 Uhr). Beim Duschversuch fiel mir eine Scheibe entgegen. Aufs Frühstück habe dann verzichtet. Rund 130 Euro für eine Bruchbude

Zimmer schlecht geputzt, Flur wurde gerade frisch verputzt und hat abartig nach Farbe und Putz gestunken. Handtücher wurden nur für eine Person gewechselt obwohl wir zu zweit waren. Bild übermorgen Bett schief und kaputt. Einziges plus war die nette Bedienung beim Frühstück.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel con dei colleghi ed avevamo prenotato delle doppie. I letti erano matrimoniali ed erano piccolissimi per due persone ed abbiamo chiesto se potevamo avere dei letti singoli. Il meglio che sono riusciti a fare è una camera quadrupla con un matrimoniale grande e due divani letto. Davvero un pessimo servizio

NOT even 1 star Very bad customer service, rude receptionist, repair work in the lobby dirt and dust and looked like construction site.the asian or arabic receptionist was without any customer service skill very bad behaving person..we cancelled the room . Also stairs to go up in the lobby the guy was so rude that I had call Police.

We booked two rooms with my colleague more than a month in advance. A few weeks later they send us message that we canceled our reservation. When we tried to contact the management to solve this problem, some guy Ibrahim Khalila answered that there is no more room and we shouldn't cancel our reservation. At the same time you still can make reservation through their site but for twice more expensive price. So seems like a clear fraud. It seems there is a lot of complains like this below in German.
