cheap but many things are not free here that are free in other hostels like Wi-Fi and breakfast. also the single rooms don't have own bathroom, only the big (more expensive) 'suites' with own kitchen have own bathroom.

Good connection to the urban tram, nice building, clean (if rather small) bathrooms. Would definitely use again.

Old building, entrance seemed weird at first sight, but the actual place inside is nice, comfortable, clean and organized, especially the shared bathroom. Near the city center, best place to be close to everything. A little difficult to get email answers from them before I come, but the short one night stay was worth it. I recomend.

Gute Lage, Zimmer sind gemütlich und sauber. Rezeption freundlich und für ein Hostel ist die Einrichtung vollkommen ausreichend. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist angemessen!

Mehrbettzimmer ohne Sanitäranlage, eifachste Ausstattung. Vorbereitetes Frühstück in Folie im Kühlschrank.

Bereits bei der reservierung habe ich voranht, dass etwa mit dem hostel nicht stimmt. Ich musste 2 Mal anschreiben und 3 mal anrufen, um eine Bestätigung der Reservierung zu bekommen.

Die Rezeption macht um 21 Uhr zu. Keiner ist nachtsüber da.
Beim Ausgehen war keiner in Rezeption und, wie vereinbart habe ich die Schlüßel in die Rückgabeboy reingeworfen, da keinr in der rezeption war.
Zwei Tage danach werde ich von Hostel angerufen, weil cih die Schlüßel nicht zurückgegeben habe. Ich hatte mich aber beim Reinwerfen der Schüßel gefilmt und habe das Video per E-Mail gezeigt.
Ein paar Stünden nach der Verfassung meiner EMail werde ich nochmal angerufen: die Schlüßel seien wieder aufgetaucht.
Keiner hat sich bei mir entschuldigt.

Preis-Leistung ok

Hostel No5 liegt ruhig und spricht junge Leute an, jedoch ist zu bemängeln das die Matratze schmutzig war und sich das Badezimmer auf dem Flur befindet. Es gibt also nur ein Bad je Etage. Allerdings ist dies dank des niedrigen Preises zu verkraften. In Punkto Sauberkeit sollte nachgebessert werden.

they give you a bed, and then while you are away, they move your stuff away and give the bed to someone else without telling you. and then there is no one at the desk to help you and no one picks up the phone. nobody here cares about the guests.
