Next time i would prefer to sleep in the street and not in this hotel. A lot of noise at night dirty and dangerous place. Very, very, very rude service :-(
Aircondition only output hot air, even when set to 10 degrees (minimum setting), thus impossible to sleep. Restaurant charges around 3€ for 0.2L soft drink or 0.25L of water, so just forget buying any drinks from it. Pizza's are decently priced though. Breakfast and service was the positives of the experience. PS: Thr fruit salad sure packs a punch with it's strong flavours.
Unexpected stay here when our flight was cancelled. Hotel chosen and paid for by the airline. Reception was stressed due to having to accommodate so many unexpected guests but did a good job. Meals were provided - breakfast was good - a continental breakfast with cereals, selection of cold meats & cheeses plus hot/cold drinks. Dinner was buffet style and was reheated for the second evening so not so impressive. The hotel would be better suited to business people or those on stopovers than for couples.
A bad experience at this hotel. We have a group people of 7 (3 kids) and need a early shuttle service to the airport in the early morning. I was told there are only 4 seats available in the shuttle and we need call a taxi about 25 euro to the airport. We ended up with paying 40 euro for the taxi. The reason I picked this hotel because of its location close to the airport. But if you need to pay extra 40 for the taxi please think about other hotels near the airport with good shuttle service. You have also to waiting a long time at the airport for the shuttle to pick you up. The problem is this hotel only has a small shuttle bus for about 10 people. Besides this, the sofa bed was broken and nobody in the hotel can fix it. I will never stay at this hotel again!
Nice and clean if somewhat small rooms. But it is an airport hotel so not for long stays, so that is expected I guess. Check-in was quick and easy. The restaurant had a small selection of dishes, but the quality of food is high. I have no problems recommending this hotel if you need a place to lay over while waiting for your flight.
I had a great stay and staff were super friendly. Close to a very good restaurant and Holiday inn also has one inside.
I know the Germans like to open windows instead of using air conditioning, but this place doesn't give you either option. The jet noise prevents leaving the window open to sleep, and the "A/C" puts out very little air with no coolness. A horrible sleep!
The bad experience started early with a surprise bill of 10 euro for each in our family for using the shuttle from and back to the airport. I've never been charged before for an airport shuttle to an airport hotel anywhere.
The guy at the check-in counter was stern and gave no information except short answers to our questions.
Find another Munich hotel.
Good alternative to other more pricey hotels in the area. This is more of a business style hotel offering all the amenities a busy traveler needs for a short stay. Two thumbs up for the generous breakfast buffet included in the price.
The staff is very unprofessional. The place is loud due to proximity to airport. Very far away from city. No U bahn or S bahn station close by. Only connectivity is by cab. Pretty costly considering the far away location from city centre. No options for eating out. No food outlets or restaurants in vicinity.
A quick 5 minute shuttle service away from the airport. Accommodations are what you would expect. Nothing 5 star, just what's enough for a cozy night's sleep.
