Hotel is pretty okay. The quality of the furniture is good and beds are comfortable. The airconditioning is a bit hard to understand. However, for the price you have to pay for a night it is definately not worth it. The are no amenities besides shoe polish (no slippers for instance). Shower is a bit small. TV channels mainly in German.
Most staff is friendly. Reception staff not so much.

If you decide to walk from the train station Berlin Schönefeld Airport it says on the sign 10min walk. Better calculate 15-20min for it. There is also a shuttle service which runs daytime every 30min. Reservation required.

Nice hotel, excellent lobby bar ( they make pizzas, curry vursts with beer ). There is nothing around it, so be prepare to get what you can find in the hotel, at the price they offer it. The shuttle to the airport is at every 30min, so plan you trip or you will wait a lot. Only think that I dislike was, that even the outside temperature was below 6-7C, during the night, the central heating wasn't on, even I tried to raise the temp to 24C(the max that the AC allowed) but nothing happened, so I spend 2 cold nights.

Clean room, quite atmosphere, accommodating staff. Breakfast starts at 5.30 but I had to leave earlier than this so cannot review. However there were nice apples to take in reception.

Supporting and kind employees. Clean and spacious rooms. Just a little far outside of Berlin, but as soon the new airport is open (:)), perfect get away location!

Good for family. Sophisticated business travelers not so much. Weirdly situated hotel wedged in the corner between a car rental lot and other businesses. Friendly staff, next to airport great for early morning flights

Das Personal scheint regelmäßig überarbeitet zu sein, dies äußert sich durch vergessene Bestellungen oder Sprachwechsel während einer Konversation. Das Frühstück ist ein Chaos, die Sitzaufteilung an großen runden Tischen bietet kaum Privatsphäre. Auch die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist unterirdisch im Vergleich zu anderen Nationalen und Internationalen Holiday Inns. Die Zimmer sind Holiday Inn Standard auch die Lage nahe dem Airport ist sehr gut. Die Aufteilung der Aufzüge ist sehr ungewöhnlich und für viele verwirrend.

Very bad experience: The reception attempted to rip us off with overpriced bar bill and a fake phone bill (we never used the room phone). Very bad smell everywhere (apparently because there is a sewage plant close-by). Their main selling point -the spa- closes early at 10pm and costs a whopping 20 Euro extra for a couple (breakfast even 30 Euro).

Stayed here after a delayed flight, due to this we only received buffet food vice menu choices as was arranged by the airline. Rooms of a reasonable standard, although the pillows were far too soft. I was also woken in the early hours by another guest entering my room with an electronic room card given to them at reception! The hotel run a shuttle service for the airport which runs twice an hour.

We were booked to stay here as our flight was cancelled earlier. The staff were very friendly and the meals we received for dinner were very good despite a limited choice. The room was warm and comfy, and they even offered a choice of pillow if you wanted. For breakfast, the buffet was amazing, probably the best we have had from any hotel. The location is not a nice area - but it is near the airport and well placed. They have a shuttle that will take you there for free and it runs every 30mins. We really enjoyed this hotel!
